Lowball Ranking of Poker Hands.
The lowest hand can be ranked in a few different ways.
Ace-to-Five Lowball Hand Rankings:
The best poker combination is A-2-3-4-5, which is commonly known as a "wheel". Aces are always considered to be low (best) cards, suits are no relevance and straights and flushes are ignored. The index of a 5-card low combination begins with the high card.
This method of ranking low poker hands is used in standard Hi/Lo poker games (Omaha Hi/Lo, Stud Hi/Lo), as well as in Razz.
Ace-to-Six Lowball Hand Rankings:
The best poker combination possible is A-2-3-4-6. Aces play as the worst cards, and straights and flushes count as strong poker combinations. This variant of ranking is used in London Lowball.
Deuce-to-Seven Low:
The deuce to seven hand ranks are thought to be the direct opposite of the regular high hand rankings. The strongest hand is 2-3-4-6-7. Aces are high, and straights and flushes count. 2-7 Single Draw and 2-7 Triple Draw are the most favorite form of 2-7 lowball games around.
Finally, Badugi applies a special ranking of hands.
A hand with 4 cards of different values and suits is known as a badugi. The best possible low Badugi combination therefore is A-2-3-4 all unsuited.  Although Badugi combination can consist of 4, 3, 2 or even just single card.
